This research aims to find out the whether financial and non-financial factors affect corporate sukuk rating (dependent variable) in Indonesia 2015-2019. In this research, we employ profitability, liquidity, leverage, secure firm size as independent variables. uses secondary data from statements available at Stock Exchange company’s web. The object of is all companies receiving PT PEFINDO. a quantitative approach with ordinal logistic regression while sample obtained through purposive sampling method. results show that have significant effect on rating, meanwhile leverage does not rating.
